Reporters recently visited Songmics Home to explore how the enterprise has expanded its home goods business to global markets on a massive scale.

The company operates three distinct brands, each with its own strategy. SONGMICS focuses on practical, versatile and cost-effective products. VASAGLE adheres to design concepts tailored for modern living and balances functional value with aesthetic appeal. Feandrea specializes in home solutions that support harmonious shared living environments for people and pets.

目前,致欧旗下共有三个品牌,各有一套打法。SONGMICS主打实用、百搭、高性价比;VASAGLE追求“为现代生活而设计”,兼顾功能与审美;Feandrea则专注“人宠共享、人宠和谐”的家居体验。

"Long-term commitment is the cornerstone of Songmics Home's development," said Liu Dengtong, Director of Administration and External Relations at the company. He identified the key to the company's success. Four pillars underpin its sustainable growth: long-term development strategies, innovative operational models, a dual supply chain system, and integrated empowerment from digital transformation and efficient organizational management.

Songmics Home has grown steadily from deep roots in Zhengzhou's robust industrial ecosystem. Liu Dengtong elaborated on the unique local advantages. "Zhengzhou offers targeted policy support for cross-border e-commerce, headquarters economic development and enterprise listing incubation. Such support helped us become a unicorn and list successfully on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the city's superior business environment and complete industrial chain support enable the stable launch and sound operation of our global research and development center."

According to Chen Yufan, European Sales Director, the company's European business centers on Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy and Spain, with service coverage extending to Eastern and Northern Europe. "We always stick to our brand principle of being attractive yet affordable, and easy to install," Chen Yufan said. The company uses localized teams to research residential layouts and aesthetic preferences in different countries. Modular design and simplified installation processes deliver reliable cost performance from the initial product development stage.

Yuan Qianjie, Brand Public Relations Manager, noted that the company has fully adopted AI tools for content creation and marketing since 2025. A video shoot once took roughly two weeks. The AI workflow can complete content production, testing and optimization within a single day.

面对智能化浪潮,致欧也积极拥抱AI技术。品牌公关经理袁倩洁表示,从2025年起,公司已在内容与营销领域全面引入AI工具。以前拍摄制作一条视频需要约两周,现在基本可以实现当天出内容、当天测试优化。
