此次推出的20个项目中，生物医药领域尤为瞩目：中原国际生物科技园、中原医学科学城国际医疗仪器设备产业园等6个项目总投资276.55亿元，将构建从原料药到创新药物的全产业链生态。美国碧迪医疗、荷兰飞利浦等66个“医”字号重点项目的落户，与河南省医学科学院12位院士领衔的科研矩阵形成合力，正将郑州航空港打造为生物医药创新高地。

Looking out from the Zhengzhou Hangkonggang Railway Station, the magnificent vista of the "Four-Port Linkage" can be seen. In 2024, Zhengzhou Airport handled over 800,000 tons of cargo and mail, a record-high milestone. The first air delivery of fresh Malaysian durians illustrated the efficiency of its cold-chain logistics. High-speed railway express lines have connected Zhengzhou to Chongqing and Qingdao, with combined air-rail transport reducing costs by half compared to air freight alone and speeding up delivery by a whole day compared to road transport. Within the 3 million square meters of high-quality warehousing facilities, more than 400 logistics enterprises like SF Express and DHL have established a global logistics network. The hub-level capacity of trading globally is being continuously upgraded through related projects. For example, the International Bulk Commodity Trading Center, a 4.78 billion yuan investment, is playing a crucial role in this process. These upgrades are building a safe passage for the circulation of national strategic materials.

The many transportation advantages have spurred the gathering of a large population. Starting from a town near the airport, it has developed into a modern city with a population of 800,000. Leading enterprises such as Foxconn and BYD have been working continuously. By the end of 2026, the workforce at BYD's Zhengzhou factory is expected to reach 160,000. With the establishment of five universities in the science and technology innovation hub, including the Henan University of Electronic Technology, 50,000 students will inject innovative vitality into the regional development.

交通优势转化为人口集聚效应。从机场小镇到80万人口的现代化新城，富士康、比亚迪等龙头企业持续发力，仅比亚迪郑州工厂2026年底员工规模将达16万人。随着河南电子科技大学等5所高校落户科创城，5万学子将为区域发展注入创新活力。

The Zone leads the nation with 41 approval processes that eliminate all fees and 95.8% of government services available online. This innovative approach significantly shortens the time from signing contracts to breaking ground, propelling construction at an accelerated pace. The working mechanism of "Centralized Leadership and Ten Collaborative Mechanisms" integrates ten major service areas. This has led to the creation of remarkable industry records, including BYD commencing production in just 17 months and xFusion launching servers in a mere 55 days. The model of "growing together with entrepreneurs" has invigorated the private economy. Currently, the 70,000 private market entities in the entire Zone contribute 90% of the regional GDP, emerging as the main driving force in cultivating new quality productive forces.
